The Service We Provide — and What We Don't

Donkey Loans is a connection service: we transmit your loan request to lenders in our network who may present offers. We are not a lender, do not make credit decisions, do not guarantee offers, approval, amounts, rates, or funding times, and are not a party to any loan you accept.

Any loan resulting from an introduction is a contract solely between you and the lender, governed by that lender's agreement and applicable law. Descriptions of the lending process, timelines, and costs on this site are general and illustrative; the terms that bind you are only those in a lender's own disclosures and agreement, which you should read in full before signing. Our compensation from lenders is described in the Advertiser Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in any request; to use the site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes; and not to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Submitting false information to obtain credit can violate law and will result in termination of the service to you. You may not scrape, copy at scale, reverse engineer, or resell the site or its content; may not use automated systems to submit requests; and may not use the site to transmit malicious code or unlawful material. You are responsible for the security of your own devices, accounts, and email.

Site Content and Intellectual Property

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles; disputes relating to the site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under laws of your state that cannot be waived. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect.
